Question 1:Does Hotel Riverton have any parking areas?

Answer: Yes, there is a parking area with approximately 25 lots which is free of charge due to availability. To park at the area a certain ticket is needed which could be picked up at the front desk. There is also a local parking area nearby the hotel which accepts coins(Swedish currency) and several credit cards.

Question 2:When is it possible to check-in / check-out?

Answer: The room of yours will be ready at 3 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12 AM at the day of departure.

Question 3:What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: Your reservation should be cancelled at latest 6 PM one day prior to arrival. (local hotel time) Late cancellations or no shows will be charged for one night. Groups & Conference reservations has certain rules, speak to the reservations office for further information.

Question 4:Will you be able to charge my credit card at the time of booking?

Answer: No, due to security reasons we will not accept payments by credit cards that has not been swiped in our cashier. If you wish to make a bank transfer please contact the reservations office for further information.

Question 5:What are the opening hours for the reservations office?

Answer: The reservations office is open from 8 AM till 6 PM weekdays and closed on weekends. Enquiry’s after hours will be forwarded to the Front Desk.

Question 6:How far is it to Liseberg, Nordstan, THE AVENUE, Central Station?

Answer: Liseberg Amusement Park approx. 2 km, Nordstan Shopping Center approx. 500 m, The Avenue approx 850 m, the Central Station approx. 1 km.

Question 7:Is there a gym at the hotel?

Answer: Unfortunately there is not, there is however a gym nearby which is of good standard and with reasonable prices. At the hotel there is a relax lounge with a sauna and Jacuzzi.

Question 8:How to get to the hotel from the Central Station/Nils Ericsson Terminal?

Answer: Will be answered shortly.

Question 9:How do we get to Hotel Riverton from Landvetter Airport?

Answer: Take the Airport Coach from Gothenburg – Landvetter Airport (Airport code: GOT) and get off at the bus stop "Korsvägen". Change to Bus no. 50 against "Frölunda Torg" and get off at the bus stop "Rosenlund". Cross the street and take a left up the street where you'll find Hotel Riverton. If you go by taxi, please use one of our partners; Taxi Göteborg, Taxi Kurir or Taxi 020. The price is approx. 350-380 SEK. (Make sure you get a fixed price!)

Question 10:Is there any Internet Access at Hotel Riverton?

Answer: Yes, all rooms has wireless Internet access through our own network. Our newly renovated rooms has Internet access through cable broadband as well. Both the wireless network and the cable broadband is free of charge for our guests.
