Cooking Course

Our head chef Andreas Rolk and his staff will take you on an amazing trip through the world of the finest ingredients. Our restaurant kitchen will be yours exclusively for the evening and our well-trained chefs will guide you in preparing an excellent 3-course dinner. They will add splendor to the evening.

Your glass will be filled with sparkling wine and your mind will be filled with valuable tips from the chef. At the end of the evening you are invited to enjoy your personally composed gourmet dinner in our restaurant, Riverton View with a stunning view over the harbor of Gothenburg.

Menu suggestion:

Pepper smoked duck carpaccio glazed in orange with fennel and herb salad and croutons. 
Bacon fried veal fillet in sweet and sour dill gravy with carrots, spring onions and stewed potatoes with cheese and cress.
Milk Chocolate Cream with strawberries marinated in pepper vodka with vanilla yogurt sorbet and toffee biscuit.
