Among our conference rooms, two exceptional venues with fixed configurations stand out – The Boardroom and The Business Suite. The Boardroom is elegantly equipped with comfortable chairs and a specially designed table with a matte surface to minimize reflections during video conferences. Perfect for meetings with 2–10 participants, this room creates a boardroom ambiance.

Our largest venue, The Congress, is the perfect space for grand lectures, impressive exhibitions, or well-organized trade shows. Adjacent to the venue, you'll find one of our restaurants, ideal for networking, celebrations, dinners, or as an exhibitor space.
The Congess offers the flexibility to be divided with a movable wall, allowing different areas to serve various purposes. With an impressive stage of 22 square meters, a hearing loop, advanced audio and lighting systems, a ceiling-mounted projector, and a high-quality PA system, the venue is equipped to meet the highest technical standards. If needed, we can also provide additional technical equipment to tailor the venue to your specific requirements.

We always strive to meet and exceed high standards for technical equipment in our conference rooms. With us, you have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including ceiling-mounted projectors, PA systems, and dimmable lighting in all conference rooms. Fast and complimentary Wi-Fi is, of course, available in all our conference spaces.
For increased accessibility, we offer a conference room with a fixed hearing loop and several rooms adapted for mobile hearing loops. Our dedicated technical staff is on-site to assist and take care of all necessary preparations to ensure a smooth technical experience.
When you book a conference with us, standard equipment such as a projector and screen, whiteboard, flip chart, table water, and a notepad with a pen for each participant are included. Additional technical equipment can be ordered as needed.

For video conferences, we use HD video connected to a dedicated connection with high bandwidth for optimal performance.
