New house champagne

With great joy, we can finally offer our champagne-loving customers a larger and entirely unique selection in Gothenburg. Our new collaboration with the LVMH Group as a wine supplier brings us, among other things, our new house champagne, Ruinart Brut.

We are actively working to expand our wine and champagne lists in our restaurants and bars, where you will now find, in addition to the previous selection, Ruinart Brut, Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, various options of Dom Pérignon, Moët, and Krug. On the wine side, favorites from New Zealand's Cloudy Bay Vineyards, both red and white wines, will be represented alongside Chateau d'Esclains' popular rosé wines, among others.
 

THE WORLD'S OLDEST CHAMPAGNE HOUSE

Ruinart is known as the oldest established champagne house and has been producing champagne since 1729, which is nearly 300 years. Their Ruinart Brut is a harmonious and elegant champagne made from a blend of Pinot Noir (40-45%), Chardonnay (40%), and Meunier (10-15%), which we are proud to offer as our house champagne, available by the glass and bottle.
