A warm welcome to celebrate the new year with us!
On New Year’s Eve, our Head Chef Andreas Rolk and his talented team invite you to a refined culinary experience in the beautiful setting of Restaurant ONE. TThe evening begins with mingling, canapés and a glass of Champagne, followed by a served starter and main course paired with a carefully selected wine package. The grand finale? A delightful dessert buffet.
At midnight, we raise our glasses to 2026 while enjoying the spectacular view of Gothenburg’s harbour and the fireworks lighting up the night sky. After an unforgettable evening, retreat to one of our cosy rooms featuring DUX beds and luxurious duvets from Norsk Dun. Wake up refreshed to one of Sweden’s best hotel breakfasts and start the new year in the best possible way.
Please note: A vegetarian menu is available upon request. A vegan menu will not be available on this date.
