Our Head Chef, Christoffer Andersson, together with his talented team, has crafted a delightful 5-course menu for an unforgettable culinary experience in the stunning setting of View Skybar & Restaurant on the 12th floor.
Begin your evening with exquisite flavours, elegant ambience and breathtaking views over Gothenburg. As midnight approaches, raise your glass of Champagne and enjoy the spectacular fireworks over the harbour. After a magical evening, retreat to one of our cosy rooms, sink into luxurious DUX beds with soft duvets and pillows from Norsk Dun, and wake up to a sumptuous hotel breakfast to start 2026 in the best possible way.
