Conference with a lot of taste

During coffee breaks, ideas emerge, and connections are made. Participating in a conference is not just an opportunity to network and learn new things; it is also a chance to enjoy delicious meals and savor a moment of relaxation with a good "fika" (Swedish for coffee break). During conferences, lunch, and fika are not just meals; they become social events that foster camaraderie and energizing breaks.

We understand that the food we serve enhances the conference experience; therefore, we offer a well-prepared and nutritious conference lunch with seasonal and high-quality ingredients. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible, meaning our menu varies depending on the season and availability to ensure that we always use the best of what the season has to offer. The proximity to the sea is evident in the menu, with selected ingredients from the West Coast taking center stage. We serve fish for lunch three days a week and gladly incorporate seafood into our cooking.

MORNING COFFEE

Our morning coffee includes chia pudding, mini muffins, health shots, and coffee/tea.

LUNCH

We always serve a plated, pleasant, and nutritious lunch. Our head chef at Restaurant ONE, Andreas Rolk, with years of experience in the industry, and his kitchen team draw inspiration from the Swedish West Coast, thus serving fish three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Lunch is always accompanied by salad and home-baked sourdough bread made from organic flour.

Lunchtime provides an excellent opportunity for participants to relax and get to know each other more informally, strengthening the overall purpose of the conference.

AFTERNOON COFFEE

In the afternoon, our pastry chef ensures to keep your energy levels up with homemade sweets, accompanied by fruit salad, smoothies, and coffee/tea. The seasonal theme is reflected in our cake buffet, where the pastry chef highlights the different flavors and ingredients each season has to offer, adjusting the pastries according to themed days as much as possible.

Fika becomes a natural place for small talk and idea exchanges between sessions. It is not just a time to satisfy hunger but also an opportunity to create a more relaxed atmosphere where participants can share experiences and create memories together.

SPECIAL DIETARY OPTIONS

We are committed to providing special dietary options to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, aiming to create a positive experience for everyone. For specific food allergies or vegetarian preferences, please confirm with us at least 5 working days before the event date so that we can ensure products and catering outside our regular offerings of equally high quality.
