Terms and conditions of purchase
PURCHASES VIA PEJ
To make a purchase via Pej (the "Service"), you must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. This agreement is between [Hotel Riverton AB] ("us," "we," "our") and you as the buyer in your capacity as a consumer. Pej AB (company registration number: 559046-7873) provides the service but is not a party to the agreement. By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Pej AB is not responsible for the information, interaction, or transaction between the buyer and seller. Any questions, complaints, or claims should therefore be directed to us at Hotel Riverton.
Information from the seller
Hotel Riverton is responsible for ensuring that all information about our services and products is accurate and complete. This includes information about accommodation, restaurant, bar, spa, and conference facilities. All prices presented include VAT unless otherwise stated. Upon purchase, you will receive the following information from us: name, organization number, telephone number, address, and email address. The information is also included in the order confirmation/receipt sent via email/SMS to the details you have provided.
Information from the buyer
As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that your information is correct and complete. When using payment or billing information, you must ensure that no unauthorized person can use your information. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment details, you must immediately contact both Pej AB and Hotel Riverton. If you discover incorrect information after placing your order, you are responsible for contacting us as soon as possible to correct the error.
Order
When you place an order via Pej, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. We recommend that you save this confirmation for any future contact with us or Pej AB. Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive a receipt sent to the email address or phone number you provided.
Payment
Payment will only be transferred to Hotel Riverton once your order has been confirmed. If the order is canceled by us or by you as the buyer, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used. Refunds can take up to three (3) business days. The service may redirect you to a payment provider, such as Swish, Nets, or card payment. When making a purchase, you may need to enter into a separate agreement with the payment provider. Please note that payment providers and payment methods may change over time.
Responsibility
Problems or questions related to your order are handled by Hotel Riverton. Pej AB is not responsible for delays, errors in services or goods, payments, or repurchases. If you need help, please contact us first and then the relevant payment provider.
Complaints
In the event of a complaint, you have the same rights as if the goods or services had been purchased directly from the hotel. According to the Consumer Purchasing Act, complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered. Preferably immediately or on the same day that the product/service is consumed. Complaints must be made to us and you must be able to prove your purchase with a receipt or order confirmation.
